Brabeion Completes Management Team With the Addition of Adrian Muniz as Chief Financial Officer

Appointment helps strengthen company's leading position in IT-security compliance...

MCLEAN, VA—November 16, 2006—Brabeion Software, a leader in IT security risk and compliance management software, has completed its management team by naming Adrian Muniz Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Muniz comes to Brabeion from e-Security.

Muniz will be responsible for strategic financial planning and operations management in order to place the company on a clear path to generating a profitable revenue stream. "Adrian's extensive experience with VC-backed start-ups will provide us significant leverage as we move into our next phase of growth," said Julian Waits, President and CEO of Brabeion Software. "In addition, his versatility and experience in operations, human resources, legal and M&A activities will make him an even stronger asset to Brabeion."

In the last 15 years Mr. Muniz has gained a solid track record of making significant contributions to the companies he's served. In addition to his contributions to e-Security, Muniz held positions at comScore Networks and BNX Systems, where he closed several rounds of financing and built the accounting/finance, HR, IT and administration departments during the company's start-up phase. He gained international experience at ICARUS Corporation, where he was responsible for finance and operations for the US, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Muniz received a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Catholic University of P.R. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
