Brabeion Software Announces Yo Delmar as Chief Marketing Officer

Brings IT Governance and Risk Management Market Development Experience to Fast Growing Compliance Software Company

MCLEAN, VA—June 25, 2007—Brabeion Software, the leader in IT Regulatory Compliance, today announced the appointment of Yo Delmar as Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Delmar brings to Brabeion deep market development experience in IT governance and risk management and a 30-year track record of success guiding information technology systems integration, consulting and product companies.

Over the past five years Ms. Delmar has focused on IT Governance and Security Risk Management programs and solutions for enterprise clients, with an emphasis on compliance, application, data and network risk and remediation strategies. Prior to joining Brabeion, Ms. Delmar was responsible for the creation of risk management practices at several security system integration firms where she defined market positioning, risk assessment offerings and methodologies. She also served as vice president at the security risk management leader Skybox Security, where she was responsible for business development and marketing programs, developing its channel programs and launching the company. Ms. Delmar also held CEO positions at product and system integration firms and served as Vice President of Technology Services at SHL Systemhouse, a $2b systems integrator. Ms. Delmar has taught as an adjunct professor on the Strategic Use of Technology in M.B.A. programs at several Canadian Universities. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.B.A., is a Certified Management Consultant and is a member of both ISACA and ISSA, and is a sought out speaker at industry events, such as the OCEG IT Forum.
